Return Eligibility
Merchandise purchased online at www.dink-again.com can be returned within 30 days of the order fulfillment date to receive a full refund (less shipping costs) or store credit.
Please email customerservice@dink-again.com or click here to login to your account to initiate a self-service return.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Products listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Initiating a Return
Submit a return request by emailing customerservice@dink-again.com. Be sure to include your order number and email address linked to the online order. You may also initiate a self-service return by clicking here to login to your account. Find the applicable order and follow the easy-to-use self-service return instructions.
Once your return request has been submitted, we will send you a prepaid return label to ship back your item(s), which can be downloaded and printed.
Affix the label to the original package and ship it back to us within 14 days of initiating the return. Returns that are not shipped back within 14 days will be canceled.
Warranty Coverage:
At Dink Again, we take pride in crafting high-quality pickleball products and are committed to delivering excellence to our valued customers. Our warranty covers your purchase for a period of 90 days from the receipt of the product. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. Our warranty is also void if any modifications have been made to the product, including repair attempts.
Warranty Claims:
If you believe your Dink Again product is damaged or defective within the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
1. Contact Customer Support:

2. Provide Proof of Purchase:
To process your warranty claim, you must provide a copy of the original purchase receipt or order number.
3. Provide Details of the Issue:
Describe the issue in as much detail as possible. Include photographs or videos to help us evaluate the damage or defect.
Warranty Evaluation:
Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will evaluate the issue reported and determine whether it falls within the scope of our warranty policy. Our evaluation process may include a physical inspection of the product or a review of the provided documentation.
Warranty Resolution:
If we determine that the damage or defect is covered by our warranty policy, we will offer one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:
1. Replacement: We will replace the damaged or defective product with a new, equivalent model of the same or similar design.
2. Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit equal to the value of the damaged or defective product, which can be used towards the purchase of a new product from Dink Again.
